105 Days After the Election…

We at Beetle Blogger have finally discovered WHY the Caliornia State Legislature has neglected to account for the state-wide majority vote of the people in support of Marriage.

They don’t know WE ALREADY VOTED!

Apparently, someone forgot to tell them the election happened already!

DID YOU CATCH THAT?

Are you kidding me? I know government officials aren’t always in touch, but this is unreal.

LOL that is so typical! Hey…….maybe we can use this same method. Let’s just pretend that Gavin Newsome didn’t make one of the worst choices of the century. If we don’t acknowledge it…it didn’t happen.

These guys are living in lala land! Like if they sweep it under the rug it didnt happen? Reminds me of when my daughter was two and she cut her hair, she cut half of it off on one side, hid the hair and then walked out of her room as if nothing was going on…. like I wouldnt see half her hair missing! lol

This letter was actually sent to a relative of mine. As much as I’d like to think this was just a typo, a glitch, I have to admit that the way these people are acting up there in Sacramento, the only explanation is that they truly don’t know the nature of Democracy.

“Elections? What elections? Where’s the secretary? Who has my notes? What do the polls say? We need a new poll!”

Come on Sacramento! You remember Democracy don’t you? California Voted!

Unfortunately, this is most likely a case of forgotten form letter. This is the one they crafted for PRE election. Typical of the government

so embarrassing.too bad we couldn’t present this letter at the hearing– can we send it to the CA supreme court?

I agree with delirious. I think it’s proof that our elected leaders don’t care about what we say. His office staff just clicked on their standard response to gay marriage form letter and sent it without reading it and noticing that it was out-of-date. Beetle- what is your relative going to do about it? It looks like a good start in getting Mr. Beall voted out of office in the next election.

talkinmama, that’s a thought, anyone who votes for HR5 needs to be voted out of office, this certainly is indicative of a general contempt for the voters who put him into office.

hm, I don’t own a TV so you might be waiting quite a while…..Oh good grief. I just looked up what you were talking about. Talk about a rant in a bottle.
